I have seen the main drawback in "taking advantage" of the GNP theory with the PER. There are parts that have been explained very briefly that were then explained (I suppose) in the PER part that the PNB we have not seen, and that in addition, I think they should guide more in "non-core" sections of the course that then had exam questions (engine, for example). The number of people for navigation practices was perhaps too high for the boat and the time available. The Radio ones went well... except that there were few calls. Finally, I think you should be better informed about the advantages of having done radio and/or navigation practices before taking the theoretical exam, since there are concepts that are better understood by "seeing and touching them" than just from the book.
