Basic safety training STCW A-VI/1
Theoretical and practical course in which you will learn about emergency situations on board and prepare you to respond, immediately applying the procedures and actions that minimize possible dangers in matters of firefighting, rescue, survival and accident prevention on board.
70h (45 theory + 25 practices).

PER theory + practices
Theoretical course 20 h:
Face-to-face or vídeo streaming en directo, weekdays or weekends.
Practices:
Navigation: 4 p.m.
Radio operator: 12 noon.
Navigation to the Balearic Islands: 24 h.
Sailing: 4:00 p.m.
The PER course includes: vídeo streaming en directo tutorials, the entire online syllabus, explanatory videos, exam test, teaching material, mandatory practices and a review class before the exam.
The prices do not include management expenses, such as exam fees, issuance of title, certificate processing, among others.

Great, totally recommended, very nice teachers, with great knowledge of the environment and absolute peace of mind in how to solve any type of situation. The only drawback is that the boats need a little maintenance. Otherwise, an unforgettable experience.

The ROCA practices 2-3 amb l'Alejandro will be good.
It's a shame that due to Covid prevention, the simulator cannot be used. Perhaps the solution would be to require participants to carry their own headphones with a microphone

The school is very well organised. The face-to-face theory classes with Jean were good, the online and face-to-face Roca classes were excellent, both teachers explained everything perfectly. The sailing practices with Jean were OK, with Martin they were amazing – I learned a lot from his knowledge, from the manoeuvres he made me do, from the general theory (Martin is a really great teacher).

Whether the PER in-person course + the Radio Operator practice carried out have been very satisfactory. In particular, teacher Elena has been very clear in concepts and explanations of what we can find in the open sea. I have not yet done my Motor or sailing practices but so far I am very satisfied with the theory, the facilities where the classes are held and the organization.

The practices at Escola Port are very well organized and very enjoyable and fun. It is true that the teachers, apart from joking around, tend to be very hard on you, but in my opinion that is how it should be; you can have a good time learning but we must not forget that we are in charge of a boat and that we have to pay attention to each maneuver.
