Basic safety training STCW A-VI/1
Theoretical and practical course in which you will learn about emergency situations on board and prepare you to respond, immediately applying the procedures and actions that minimize possible dangers in matters of firefighting, rescue, survival and accident prevention on board.
70h (45 theory + 25 practices).

PER theory + practices
Theoretical course 20 h:
Face-to-face or vídeo streaming en directo, weekdays or weekends.
Practices:
Navigation: 4 p.m.
Radio operator: 12 noon.
Navigation to the Balearic Islands: 24 h.
Sailing: 4:00 p.m.
The PER course includes: vídeo streaming en directo tutorials, the entire online syllabus, explanatory videos, exam test, teaching material, mandatory practices and a review class before the exam.
The prices do not include management expenses, such as exam fees, issuance of title, certificate processing, among others.

A great experience! It is advisable to do the PER Motor practices at Escola Port. We have done them on the Artimó, which although it is a few years old, is a sailboat that has behaved well, even in adverse sea conditions. The skipper, Matthias, a charming teacher, who has captained the ship with a good dose of good humor, but maintaining the seriousness and respect that we owe to the sea. A pleasure to learn navigation with him and with my fellow travelers. I hope to find a space in my agenda to repeat, but this time, with Sailing practices. Bon vent and oratge, and sea for sailing!

The school is fantastic. The administration staff, the director, the sailors and Matías (the only skipper I know and also a teacher of the ROCA course) have been sensational.
