Ailen Barreira –
I am super happy with the school and the course. The instructors are very professional and have a lot of experience, they are very clear when it comes to teaching the content and one is more friendly than the other! I am grateful to each of the teachers I had and to Rodrigo and the girls at reception for their patience and good disposition at all times to arrange dates and provide information. I will continue to choose them to continue training 🙂
Vicente Garcia Diaz –
Both the organization and the development of the practice, despite the difficulties caused by wind and waves, seemed perfect to me,
I found it very positive to have had different instructors in all the practices to learn from everyone. As they say, "each teacher with his own book", but all excellent.
Marti Rius –
I would say that the course I have written is very convenient for those who are vulnerable to the PER in a short time. The didactic materials and the recorded classes are concise and well explained, and help to acquire the necessary concepts (and discard those that are not necessary). The ROCA practices with El Capitan have also been very useful. It is also convenient to package the navigation practices in just a few days. Now, the quality of navigation practices has been uneven. In general, it seems excessive to have 10 students in Vaixell, so if you do now, you would have opted for some other school. Malgrat això Emiliano has taught a lot, and it is clear that he likes teaching. Unfortunately the main sail of the Iorana was out of service, and in the end the only session dedicated to sailing is going to be left in res (a couple of cities around Genoa, a little over a month). The session with David will begin with the review of the security elements, but the navigation part will be very passive, it was more a tour than a class. In my opinion, there are opportunities for everything that is more didactic. For example, you are going to teach some lessons, but they are going to do it, we will not have the opportunity to practice, it would not cost you to have a bossa with a cap for each student. And in the few maneuvers that the professor uses and uses the Timó or the Morse, the ideal would be to allow a certain margin of error to the student. When crossing to Mallorca with Jose, he will always be willing to answer our questions, but he will not proactively explain the mass. We will have a few hours of wind in which we must learn to sail, for example to maintain the ideal heading, so we will use and pose directly in the lowered position and always with the automatic pilot and without mass explanation. In short, he is moderately satisfied, but only he would recommend some months more interest in obtaining in PER than in actually learning.
